SEND KELLY TO EUROFI

Kelly Agathos, Schuman Show host and chief explainer of pesky EU topics, is on a mission to join the biggest finance bros. Influence comes at a cost - and buying acess is a widely accepted practice.

EUROFI is a private conference that caters to banks, investment funds, and multinational corporations - all the big players in the financial sector. Access to politics & finance - at a whopping 50,000 EUR entry fee.

Decisionmakers make a point to show up - because the organisers follow the programmes of the meetings between European Ministers of finance and set up their conference in whatever city the politicians will be. So, meetings with those who make the rules that say what banks can and can't do with our money.

According to their website, Eurofi is by invitation only and conducted under Chatham House rules (of course it is). The next Eurofi conference will take place in Santiago de Compostela, this September.

Press isn't allowed at this mighty meeting. But can we get Kelly in? We can't let the financebros have all the fun...
